Quotes and bookings

A quote request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. The service scope, price, date and any additional charges are confirmed before work begins.

 

Access and safety

Please provide safe access and tell us about fragile surfaces, hazards, pets and special instructions before the clean.

 

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as early as possible if your booking needs to change. Any applicable cancellation terms will be provided with your booking confirmation.

 

Concerns

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
